The role supports high‑impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, data, AI, technology, and operations, collaborating with senior partners to drive operating model redesign and execution. You will contribute to strategy development, governance, and process redesign, while engaging across departments to ensure timely decision making and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in either a premier management consulting firm, investment banking, or internal strategy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams within multiple, concurrent strategy engagements and deliver decision-ready recommendations.
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address strategic challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess current state and define target state for DPS.
• Assist in designing future-state operating models, governance, and processes with senior colleagues.
• Plan and execute research through interviews, workshops, and surveys with business partners.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Support early-stage execution of approved recommendations and track key actions and risks.
• Develop understanding of AI/ML innovations to reimagine the future of DPS.
• Manage deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
