Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross-functional workstreams to turn strategy into execution.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project work plans.
• Analyze components and industry to inform action and recommendations.
• Provide clear communication and build partnerships with field/service providers and stores.
• Maintain knowledge base on operations and processes within store operations.
• Identify and resolve issues/roadblocks affecting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on processes and recommended actions.
• Anticipate field and service provider needs and drive action steps for successful execution of projects.
