Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Execution Manager to oversee Merchandising Services across stores in your district. You will lead day and night teams, drive execution of resets, projects and general service guidelines, and partner with the RDME to deliver results.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, data interpretation, and the ability to travel as needed. You will hire, train and evaluate staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality and customer focus across

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site projects.
• Experience with merchandising services in retail is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% daily.

Responsibilities

• Attend district meetings to communicate service metrics and issues.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; provide feedback and guidance.
• Set expectations, conduct store visits, monitor deliverables and expenses.
• Use regional programs and reporting to identify issues and drive improvements.
