• Optimize resource allocation to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
• Establish mechanisms for regular operational meetings, operational analysis, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

The Executive Director, Operations is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s operational management strategy, providing comprehensive leadership over daily operations, business processes, project execution, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role entails establishing efficient, standardized, and sustainable operational systems; driving cross-departmental collaboration; and enhancing operational efficiency, delivery capabilities, cost control, and customer satisfaction to ensure the operational foundation necessary for achieving business growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Execution

• Formulate and implement corporate operational strategies and annual operational plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
• Establish operational management policies, standardized processes, and operational governance frameworks.
