Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to own execution across our Customer Experience Technology (CXT) portfolio.

You will be a builder and operator driving cross-platform delivery, Tier 1 customer commitments, and end-to-end accountability with delivery across our national restaurant and retail customers. This hybrid role requires you to report to the office at least three days a week, and candidates should reside within a 50-minute radius of Temple, TX.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product or program management in enterprise environments.
• Proven ownership of large cross-platform customer or integration programs.
• Strong Agile delivery, PI planning, and backlog management experience.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across customer platforms, APIs, and onboarding programs.
• Serve as single execution authority across multiple Tier 1 customer initiatives.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Transportation, Order Processing, and Sales.
• Lead intake to PI readiness, backlog health, dependency mapping, and release sequencing.
• Run prioritization and sequencing sessions across competing programs.
• Lead Agile PAD governance and delivery accountability.
• Manage onboarding for new and expanding strategic customers.
• Maintain real-time visibility into risks, blockers, and delivery status for senior leadership.
• Govern vendor and partner delivery against integration milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and customer facing digital platforms.

• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
