Job summary

AV is seeking a Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the product line, oversee production programs, and drive lifecycle management from concept through fielding and sustainment.

The role partners with AV EW leadership to guide the technical roadmap while ensuring disciplined execution. The PLD will be the primary interface with customers and AV EW senior leadership, accountable for program performance, cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction, and will

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in defense programs, product line management, or program management.
Led SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
Knowledge of EACs, program financials, earned value concepts, and execution metrics.
Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, USAF or other government customers.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex mission-critical systems.
Operates in fast-paced, execution-driven environments with TS clearance.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across the program lifecycle.
Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery commitments.
Align roadmap and architecture with customer requirements and business strategy.
Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
Drive transition from development to production and sustainment.
