Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director for the AV EW Systems group to own the product line from concept to sustainment. The PLD will drive the technical roadmap, oversee budgets and schedules, and partner with senior leadership to ensure disciplined execution across defense programs for U.S.

Government customers. The role requires 10+ years in defense program management, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in defense programs, product line management, or program management.
• Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
• Experience working with U.S. Army, NNSA, USAF or other government customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery commitments for programs.
• Align technical roadmap and capabilities with customer requirements and business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
