Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the product line and lead lifecycle from concept to sustainment, partnering with AV EW leadership to drive the technical roadmap and disciplined execution across programs.

This role oversees program performance, cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction for U.S. Government customers, scaling EW capabilities into operational systems while coordinating with the chief engineering team and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of defense programs experience in product line or program management.
Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS systems developments.
Strong knowledge of EACs, program financials, earned value, and execution metrics.
Experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, USAF or other government customers.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex, mission-critical systems.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (existing or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across all program lifecycle phases.
Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery commitments for AV EW Systems programs.
Align technical roadmap and capability evolution with customer requirements and business strategy.
Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
