Job summary

AV is seeking a Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group in Albuquerque. The PLD will own the product line, drive the technical roadmap, and ensure disciplined execution from concept to sustainment across DoD programs.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, leading cross-functional IPTs, and interfacing with Army, NNSA, and Air Force leadership to deliver scalable EW capabilities while maintaining cost, schedule, and risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in defense programs, product line management, or program management.
Demonstrated experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across all program lifecycle phases: capture, development, integration, production, fielding, sustainment.
Manage budgets, EACs, forecasts, and margin performance; enforce disciplined program controls and risk management.
Lead cross-functional IPTs with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
Interface with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, and other DoD customers; translate CONOPs into executable program plans.
