Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Product Line Director (PLD) for the AV EW Systems group. The PLD will own the product line, help manage production programs, execute lifecycle management, and drive the technical roadmap from concept to sustainment.

The role interfaces with AV EW senior leadership, chief engineering, and business development to ensure disciplined execution and customer satisfaction for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in defense programs or program management.
• Experience leading SIGINT/Cyber/EW/C-UAS developments.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of the AV EW Systems product line across all program lifecycle phases (capture, development, integration, production, fielding, sustainment).
• Manage budgets, EACs, forecasts, and margin performance for programs.
• Collaborate with AV EW leadership to align roadmaps with customer requirements and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance.
