Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an EVP of Projects and Development to lead strategy, portfolio and asset management for its military housing portfolio. You will oversee project stewardship, development management, and capital planning while guiding senior leaders and ensuring compliance with government oversight and BBC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, construction or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience with portfolio, asset and/or development management across large geographies.
• Experience with capital planning, financial business cases and large capital transactions.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain DoD Secret security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project stewardship, development management, and asset management for military housing portfolio.
• Manage relationships with Office of Secretary of War and Military Services leadership.
• Drive strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across P&D.
• Oversee budgeting, pro formas, refinancing, and bond compliance.
• Direct reports, talent strategy, training and performance development.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and BBC policies.
• Lead technology platforms and data analytics to support oversight.
