RockBridge Search & Recruitment in Murrieta, California seeks an Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to guide the bank's strategic direction and financial performance. The role demands executive leadership, analytical rigor, and collaboration with the CEO and Board to execute growth initiatives, manage capital, and optimize the balance sheet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive banking finance experience including senior executive leadership.
• Experience as CFO or similar executive within a financial institution.
• Deep understanding of community banking operations; GAAP and banking regulations.
• Knowledge of Asset/Liability Management, capital planning, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all financial disciplines and ensure financial strength.
• Partner with CEO and Board to set long-term financial goals.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and external audits.
• Lead talent development of finance teams and drive operational improvements.
• Present financial results to the Board and executives.
• Manage balance sheet optimization and ALM activities.
