Job summary

The American Hotel & Lodging Association is seeking a Coordinator to support planning and execution of AHLA and AHLA Foundation meetings and signature events in Washington, DC. You will manage registration, attendee inquiries, data entry, and financial data preparation for reconciliation with the accounting department.

As a Cvent super user, you will lead platform usage, assist with troubleshooting, and create new events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration and attendee communications for AHLA events.
• Serve as Cvent super user and assist with platform troubleshooting.
• Arrange meeting logistics, signage, shipments, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain Industry Events Calendar and AHLA website pages.
• Coordinate housing, rooming lists, and hotel pickups.
• Support committees and assist with ad hoc projects.
