Renishaw USA, based at our Americas HQ in West Dundee, IL, is seeking an Events Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Global teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences that drive leads and ROI.

The role requires managing budgets, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting while aligning regional strategies with corporate objectives.

Competenze

• Degree in management or marketing.
• 5+ years events planning experience.
• Knowledge of virtual/hybrid event platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 70% and manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic events, trade shows, meetings, and customer engagement programs.
• Lead all aspects of event planning and execution, including concept development, logistics, timelines, and on-site management.
• Manage trade show strategy, promotional activities, and booth operations to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee booth design, graphics, displays, marketing materials, and product presentation standards.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, production partners, and technical requirements to ensure successful event delivery.
• Manage event and trade show budgets, contracts, invoices, expenditure reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Prepare post-event evaluations, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and mitigate event-related risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Commercial, and Global teams to align event strategies with business priorities.
• Promote best practices, process improvements, and operational consistency across regional event programs.
• Measure event effectiveness and provide insights to optimize future investments and outcomes.
