You will drive planning, logistics, and on-site execution while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Global teams to maximize ROI and brand impact.

The role requires 5+ years in events planning, strong vendor management and travel willingness up to 70%, and a degree in management or marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or marketing or equivalent.
• 5+ years of events planning experience.
• Knowledge of virtual/hybrid event platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office and event tools to generate reports and layouts.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on execution capability.
• Attention to detail and strong relationship skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic events, trade shows, meetings, and customer engagement programs.
• Lead all aspects of event planning, logistics, timelines and on-site management.
• Manage trade show strategy, promotions, and booth operations for ROI.
• Oversee booth design, graphics, materials, and product presentation standards.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, production partners, and technical requirements.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, invoices, expenditure reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Prepare post-event evaluations with metrics and recommendations.
• Mitigate event-related risks and ensure policy compliance.
• Direct and mentor Events/Tradeshow team across the Americas.
• Align event strategies with Marketing, Sales, Product and Global teams.
