Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and positive motivation.
• Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Orderport and Revel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet sales goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell, develop, plan, and coordinate all contracted events and experiences at Messina Hof Winery & Resort.
• Create, develop, and coordinate in-house events, experiences, and festivals.
• Develop strategies and build relationships with local organizations and communities.
• Establish rapport and maintain client relationships to increase market share.
• Manage travel, scheduling, and day-of event execution; coordinate with locations and staff.
