Job summary

Etherio is seeking a project/meetings manager to oversee day-to-day operations for conferences and large events. You will manage client relationships, timelines, budgets, and reporting, serving as a key contact for on-site coordination and post-event analysis.

The role requires experience in meeting management or hospitality, proficiency with Cvent or similar platforms, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work and travel up to 30% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of meeting management or hospitality management experience.
• Expertise with Cvent, Stova (Aventri), or similar registration buildout platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of meetings or manage a role on a large conference.
• Manage timelines and coordinate venue contracts with sites department.
• Coordinate registration reporting with the registration team.
• Lead agenda development, speaker procurement, and communications.
