Job summary

Etherio is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead large-scale events from conception through execution and reconciliation, including ROI reporting. You will manage budgets, timelines, venue coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to Etherio standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of event management experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills essential.
• 7+ years of meeting management with experience leading complex events and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project manager for large scale events from conception to execution and ROI reporting.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet client and Etherio standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and post-event wrap reports.
• Oversee venue communications, housing, floor plans, and final invoice reviews.
• Coordinate sponsor/exhibitor communications and speaker management where applicable.
