Job summary

Etherio is seeking an Exhibit Manager to lead end-to-end exhibit and sponsorship programs for corporate and association clients. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate poster sessions, and collaborate with volunteers, speakers, and exhibitors to ensure seamless delivery.

You will present updates to boards, work with the Meetings & Events team, and help develop best practices, floor plans, and vendor relationships to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on exhibit and sponsorship management experience.
• Experience managing association exhibits and poster sessions.
• Ability to present to boards and leadership committees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with event platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple exhibit and sponsorship projects to client goals.
• Coordinate association exhibit programs and poster sessions.
• Work with volunteers, speakers, and exhibitors for delivery.
• Prepare presentations for client boards and leadership.
• Support planning and execution with Meetings & Events team.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
• Develop floor plans with general contractor.
• Oversee on-site production timelines and services.
