Job summary

Etherio in Atlanta seeks a Senior VP of Meeting and Events to lead a multi-level planning organization, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and high-level client relationships. The role drives operational standards, strategic leadership, and the integration of AI tools to boost planning intelligence and attendee experience.

You will partner with executives, manage budgets and pricing, and oversee end-to-end event delivery across complex programs, while mentoring leaders and expanding

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in meetings, events, or incentive travel.
• Executive presence and ability to work with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-level organization of VPs, Senior Directors, Team Leads, and planning teams.
• Champion operational excellence through SOPs, tools, templates, and service standards.
• Ensure programs are delivered with creativity, discipline, measurable results and exceptional client service.
• Develop AI-driven processes to free time for creativity, consultation and strategy.
• Drive strategic leadership, coaching, and career growth across the organization.
