Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic events, executive programs, or field marketing.
• Direct experience owning executive-level programs.
• Budget, vendor, and contract management across multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel roughly 25% in North America.
• Commercial mindset: events driving brand, relationships and pipeline.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve workflows and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of owned and third-party events.
• Design and deliver premium executive programs: advisory boards and tracks within larger events.
• Own budgets, vendor selection, registrations, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and standards to scale the portfolio.
• Define KPIs and post-event reporting; ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
