Abnormal is seeking a Senior Strategic Events Manager to own end-to-end delivery of owned, executive, and internal events, while supporting select third-party programs. You’ll translate strategy into exceptional programs, shaping agendas, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

This hands-on IC role combines strategic thinking with ownership, offering a path to greater strategic leadership as the event portfolio grows.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in strategic events or executive programs, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Experience delivering large internal events (Sales Kickoff, Presidents Club) and executive programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of owned and third-party events from strategy to post-event analysis.
• Own venue selection, production, registration, hospitality, staffing, technology, and on-site operations.
• Develop run-of-show, project plans, timelines, and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Campaigns, Marketing, and Product to align events with pipeline goals.
• Manage budgets, contracts, POs, and vendor deliverables with rigor.
• Create repeatable playbooks and standards to scale the portfolio.
