Job summary

Abnormal is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, to lead end‑to‑end event programs across regional flagship and executive events. You’ll own project plans, manage multiple stakeholders in different time zones, and drive on-site execution with a bias for improvement.

You will collaborate with regional teams to map calendars, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable ROI while communicating outcomes to leadership. This role requires travel across EMEA and some APAC/AMER regions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' B2B events or experiential marketing experience in tech.
• Experience owning established, repeatable event formats end‑to‑end with sound judgement on known procedures.
• Experience running executive‑level programmes (dinners, roundtables, advisory boards) and larger conference activations.
• Multi‑market EMEA experience and ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end event logistics and own multiple projects across timelines.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, event organisers, hotels and couriers.
• Source agencies, venues, production partners and suppliers.
• Assist with run‑of‑shows, timelines and contingency plans across concurrent events.
• Coordinate invitation strategy, registration and attendee communications.
