Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Events Manager to own end-to-end execution of owned, executive, and internal events.

You will translate strategy into premium programs, oversee budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional on-site delivery across high-impact events. You will collaborate with Brand, Content, and Communications to shape agendas and experiences, while building repeatable playbooks to scale the portfolio and drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic events, executive programs, or field marketing.
• Ownership of executive-level programs and events.
• Attention to detail and execution excellence.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and project management.
• Budgets, vendor contracts, and vendor deliverables experience.
• Willingness to travel ~25%, mainly in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key strategic events from strategy to post-event analysis.
• Own all components of owned events: venue, production, registration, attendee journey, hospitality, staffing, tech, on-site ops.
• Create run-of-show, project plan, timeline and contingency plans; lead on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline and engagement.
• Manage budgets, contracts, POs, and vendor deliverables with rigor.
• Develop playbooks and standards to scale the portfolio while maintaining quality.
• Serve as primary point of contact for programs and stakeholders; anticipate risks and adjust accordingly.
• Define KPIs and deliver post-event insights with recommendations.
