Job summary

Abnormal is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, to drive multi-market event initiatives from design to post-event analysis. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with sales, marketing, and partners, and ensure flawless execution across flagship and regional events in EMEA and beyond.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI tracking, while traveling 40–50% to deliver on-site excellence and learn from each activation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing.
• Experience owning established, repeatable event formats end-to-end.
• Experience running executive-level programmes and large conference activations.
• Multi-market EMEA experience across time zones and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event logistics and ownership of multiple projects.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, and production partners.
• Lead on-site execution and staff orientations for events.
• Track budgets and ROI; optimize cost efficiency.
• Draft post-event reports and share best practices.
