Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Specialist to own our calendar of ~40 conferences and events across the U.S. You will manage logistics, budgets, and pre/post-event outreach, working with sales and executives to maximize meetings and pipeline.

The role involves coordinating webinars, gifting, and customer programs, plus travel up to 25%. Based in Newark, Delaware, with regular in-office time and strong emphasis on AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B event and field marketing, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience running trade show booths and hosted events.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM data management.
• AI-native: using AI to draft emails, invite lists, plan logistics, analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Own the events calendar and budget for ~40 conferences and events; decide which shows to attend or sponsor.
• Manage event logistics: registration, booth, shipping, swag, travel, staffing, inventory.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach with sales to book meetings and follow-up within 48 hours.
• Plan the customer conference end-to-end: venue, budget, registration, attendee experience and follow-up.
