Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory guest-contact experience in hospitality.
• Hotel experience preferred; event planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from turnover through execution.
• Coordinate guest rooms, meeting space, F&B, and concessions.
• Lead pre-convention meetings, site visits, and strategy calls.
• Create and update BEOs, resumes, timelines.
• Manage billing, deposits, and final payments for events.
• Monitor profitability and upsell opportunities.
