Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating corporate events, trade shows, training programs, or group travel.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the company's trade shows, training events, employee events, and companywide travel arrangements from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, registration, staffing, and logistics for on-site and virtual events.
• Book travel, lodging, and transportation; prepare itineraries and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain master event calendars, budgets, and event records; analyze costs and improve processes.
