Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Suite, and event tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-person and virtual events from concept to completion.
• Independently manage event logistics including venue, vendors, invitations, and on-site execution.
• Serve as primary contact for attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout events.
• Oversee development of event materials (invitations, signage, gifts) and budgets.
