Hilton Arlington Rosslyn - The Key seeks an experienced Catering & Conference Services Manager to drive catering revenue and manage client relationships from inquiry to execution.

You will coordinate meetings, weddings, conferences, and social events, preparing contracts and BEOs while collaborating with Banquets, Culinary, and hotel teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Catering and conference services: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Generate and close catering and conference services business through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events to ensure exceptional execution and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event documentation, and billing accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to execute events seamlessly.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and exceptional client service.
• Maintain accurate records in hotel sales and event management systems while adhering to Hilton brand standards and hotel policies.
• Support departmental goals by providing outstanding service, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
