Vertical Insure, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking an Events & Campaign Marketing Specialist to own event logistics and HubSpot campaign execution. The role blends event operations with targeted marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and brand impact.

You will manage trade shows, webinars, and digital campaigns, coordinating vendors, assets, post-event follow-up, and performance reporting. This position offers hybrid work with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with events, campaigns, and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in marketing, campaign, or event coordination roles.
• Strong organization, deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, virtual/in-person events, managing logistics and timelines.
• Coordinate on-site event logistics: booth services, shipping, registration, signage.
• Serve as main contact for event vendors within budget guidelines.
• Manage promotional materials, collateral, and inventory.
• Enter leads, launch nurture sequences, and track performance with Sales/Marketing.
• Measure event results: attendance, leads, and impact; report findings.
• Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot; segment lists, emails, UTM, forms, workflows.
• Schedule and publish social posts promoting events and campaigns.
• Maintain event/campaign calendar and cross-team updates.
