Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HubSpot experience with building and managing workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and reports.
• 1–3 years in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or related role.
• Self-starter who thrives remotely, organized, deadline-driven, and capable of owning execution with light oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch issues before shipping.
• Clear communicator who can turn rough briefs into finished deliverables and ask the right questions.
• Familiar with AI tools to research, draft, and ship faster while applying judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own HubSpot execution: build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and lead scoring; keep database clean and healthy.
• Run campaigns end-to-end: translate briefs into live assets across email, web, and social; collaborate with design and content.
• Coordinate event logistics for trade shows, webinars and customer events; manage registration and post-event follow-up in HubSpot.
• Report on performance: create funnel, campaign, and event reports to track MQLs and pipeline.
• Maintain data hygiene and lead routing to ensure CRM data consistency across systems.
• Support content and demand gen: schedule and repurpose social content, manage assets, assist paid and organic programs.
