Vertical Insure, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking an Events & Campaign Marketing Specialist to own trade shows and events and to build HubSpot campaigns that support them.

You will coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee CRM lead routing, nurture sequences, and performance reporting in partnership with Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires hands-on event operations, HubSpot execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration to align activity with pipeline goals.

• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and events, owning logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate on-site event logistics: booth services, shipping, registration, and signage.
• Manage post-event follow-up: entering leads in CRM, launching nurture sequences, tracking performance.
• Build and execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot from briefs, segment lists, emails, UTMs, and forms.
• Maintain event and campaign calendars, track invoices, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
