Winsor Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an organized Marketing Operations Specialist to run the systems and execution behind our sales and marketing programs. You will ensure HubSpot accuracy, build and launch campaigns, create assets, coordinate events, and provide the data and materials sales needs.

You will work from the Marketing Lead's plans, turning them into on-time deliverables and collaborating across teams. Strong HubSpot and content skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or sales support.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, including list building and email campaigns.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Working ability in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in HubSpot, including data cleanup, deduplication, and imports.
• Manage contact lists, segmentation, and lead routing to sales.
• Track leads, pipeline activity, and followups, and flag stalled tasks to sales.
• Produce and update sales enablement materials from content templates.
• Support sales outreach and prospecting campaigns with lists, sequences, and materials.
• Build, test, schedule, and send email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Schedule and publish social media content via Meta Business Suite and other platforms.
• Make website updates in WordPress and HubSpot; perform routine site maintenance.
• Compile campaign and website data for performance reports.
