Vertical Insure, Inc. is seeking an Events & Campaign Marketing Specialist to drive trade shows, events, and HubSpot campaigns from briefs to execution.

You’ll own logistics, vendor relations, and post-event follow-up, ensuring on-brand delivery and measurable impact. This hands-on role sits in a hybrid Minneapolis office, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align activities with pipeline goals.

Qualificações

• Hands-on HubSpot experience building campaign structures, emails, landing pages, forms, UTM and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in marketing, campaign, or event coordination; internships welcome.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent written communication and vendor coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate event operations: plan trade shows, webinars, and virtual/in-person events with budgets and timelines.
• Manage on-site logistics, vendor coordination, registration, and signage within budget.
• Lead post-event follow-up, CRM data entry, and nurture sequences with sales/marketing.
• Build and execute HubSpot campaigns, segment lists, emails, UTMs, forms, and workflows.
• Maintain calendars, track invoices, and align activity with pipeline goals across teams.
