Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven, consultative B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Hospitality, resort, wedding, or catering sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Flawless executive presentation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads for weddings, corporate retreats, wellness programs, and catered banquet events.
• Conduct on-site property tours for prospective brides, planners, and decision-makers.
• Draft precise estimates, catering proposals, and binding group agreements to maximize F&B flow-through and room-night yields.
