Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort in Avila Beach, CA seeks an experienced sales professional to proactively source and convert wedding, corporate retreat, wellness, and catered banquet events. You will lead on-site property tours for prospective clients and craft precise proposals.

You will partner with Resort Operations to ensure smooth event logistics, manage the sales pipeline, and help achieve property-wide revenue targets while staying attuned to regional trends in Northern and Southern

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of proven, consultative B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Hospitality, resort, wedding, or catering sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Flawless executive presentation and strong communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads for weddings, corporate retreats, wellness programs, and catered banquet events.
• Conduct inspiring, highly professional on-site property tours for prospective brides, event planners, and executive decision-makers.
• Draft precise estimates, custom catering proposals, and binding group agreements that maximize Food & Beverage (F&B) flow-through and room night yields.
• Partner closely with Resort Operations to hand off seamless event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), and client specifications.
• Stay ahead of regional hospitality trends, actively targeting drive-market corporate buyers and association planners across Northern and Southern California.
• Manage daily sales pipelines independently with high accountability, while collaborating daily with property leadership to meet property-wide revenue targets.
