You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and develop marketing strategies to maximize attendance.

The role requires strong project management, exceptional communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience planning and executing successful events of various sizes and formats.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery.
