Nexxaworks is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to assist in planning, organizing, and executing a range of events, from corporate meetings to community outreach programs. The role offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to industry-leading clients.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and can work well both independently and in teams within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
• Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
• Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
