Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience in large, cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years engaging with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects (CRM, ERP, infrastructure, cloud).
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and manage change in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex IT initiatives aligned with university priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate vision, and drive results without direct authority.
• Apply agile, waterfall and hybrid methods; manage risks and dependencies.
