Job summary

Excelerate LLC in California seeks a Consulting Manager to plan, execute, and deliver large cross-functional programs aligned with clients' strategic goals. You will own end-to-end delivery, lead workstreams, shape strategy, and ensure practical outcomes, partnering with client leadership.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in management consulting or enterprise transformations, and hands-on ERP deployment experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or enterprise system implementations (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large cross-functional programs aligning with clients' strategic goals.
• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle—from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Build and communicate program roadmaps with senior leadership, with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, system integrators and vendors.
