Job summary

Excelerate LLC is seeking a Consulting Manager to plan, execute, and deliver large cross-functional programs aligned with client strategy. You will own end-to-end delivery, lead workstreams, shape solutions, and build trusted advisor relationships.

You will collaborate with executive sponsors, vendors, and technical teams, use BI for decision support, and manage risks and budgets. On-site collaboration in Southern California as required, with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting or equivalent leading enterprise-scale digital transformations.
• Hands-on ERP or enterprise system implementation experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Retail apparel/footwear experience is a plus; PLM experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• PM expertise with Agile and Lean; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• On-site in North San Diego about once a week and in South Orange County 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic enterprise programs and ERP implementations.
• Own full program lifecycle from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Build program roadmaps with senior leadership and set milestones.
• Engage executives, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, gather insights, and drive solution design.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk changes to stakeholders.
• Create executive-ready presentations and data dashboards.
