Job summary

Excelerate LLC is a boutique consulting firm delivering practical, lasting impact through hands-on collaboration. We seek a Consulting Manager to lead ERP transformation programs, owning end-to-end delivery, roadmaps, and executive communications.

You will partner with client leadership, design solutions, build dashboards, and manage risks to drive measurable outcomes. On-site in North San Diego weekly and 1–2 days in South Orange County.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting or equivalent delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience across Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Retail/consumer goods exposure; PLM experience a plus.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholders engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cross-functional ERP transformation programs from initiation to go-live.
• Own program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Engage executives, technical teams, integrators, and vendors; run workshops.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and business cases to support initiatives.
• Identify risks, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
