As an ERM Senior Manager you'll lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of programs to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks throughout the organization. You'll play a key role in the Bank's Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Team, who is responsible for several enterprise wide programs, including Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Controls Testing, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Platform and Program, Third-Party Risk Management, Policy Framework, and Technology and Information Security Risk Management. The Senior Manager - Strategic Risk will lead the program(s) execution and ongoing enhancement, ensuring consistent application of program methodologies, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role will oversee key program activities, provide effective challenge to stakeholders, analyze trends and emerging risks, and drive improvements to program effectiveness and maturity. The Senior Manager will also play a significant role in developing reporting, metrics, training, governance routines, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen enterprise risk management practices.
