Job summary

Citi is seeking a Trade Support Manager - Vice President to join the Equity Business Execution team. The role supports Equity Sales and Execution across Prime, Futures, Derivative & Clearing Sales and Agency Execution Services, ensuring deliveries of strategic initiatives while maintaining governance and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in COO/Business Execution/Business Management roles.
• Strong front-to-back understanding of trades and booking flows.
• Proven experience driving day-to-day execution and strategic projects across a large matrixed organization.
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Highly self-driven, able to work with limited supervision.
• Experience escalating and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise; Tableau/PowerBI a plus.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review analytics on client wallet gaps along with mitigating proposals to narrow the gaps.
• Drive control improvement projects and impact assessment in relation to regulatory change.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of New Product capabilities from planning to execution.
• Work with front-to-back partners to streamline processes and build consistent policies and procedures.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and cost savings initiatives with the senior management team and other partners.
• Review and enhance existing processes and ensure new controls are comprehensive and business appropriate.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis of operational risk events, and ensure remediation actions.
