You will interact with sales staff, vendors, and customers to prep and deliver equipment for sale, rental, and demonstration, including processing all related invoices and contracts. The role requires strong organization, deadline discipline, and a customer-focused approach to ensure accurate paperwork and timely deliveries.

• Receive and process vendor invoices.
• Process and invoice customer Sales Orders and Rental Contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager for invoicing and paperwork.
• Prepare monthly commissions for Sales Reps.
• Coordinate with Service Department for timely delivery.
