Job summary

Clearway Energy is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, EPC Procurement to lead end-to-end EPC contracting across wind, solar and battery storage projects. You will manage market engagement, RFx development, bid evaluation, negotiations, and risk allocation in collaboration with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

This hybrid role is based in one of Clearway’s US offices (Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; San Francisco, CA) and requires up to 10% travel, with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years EPC contracting/negotiation for Manager level; 6–8+ years for Senior Manager with 4+ years management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and knowledge of contract language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting for wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
• Coordinate RFx bidding, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage risk allocation, cost control, and schedule alignment across project agreements.
• Provide governance and stakeholder alignment from initiation to contract execution and administration.
