Job summary

Clearway Energy is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, EPC Procurement, to lead end-to-end contracting for wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You will coordinate with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure robust contract structures and risk management.

The role is hybrid and based in one of several U.S. offices, with pay ranges shown and strong emphasis on negotiating and policy alignment across major project agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of EPC contracting/negotiation experience for Manager level, with 2+ years of management experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience for Senior Manager level, with 4+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, Procurement in developing a best-in-class wind EPC sourcing strategy.
• Lead competitive RFx bidding and contracting with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee bid reviews and contractor performance assessments; identify cost drivers.
