Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of EPC Procurement to lead contracting across wind, solar, and BESS development and construction. Reported to the Director, this role drives all aspects of EPC procurement from market engagement to negotiation, ensuring risk-aligned contract structures and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Manager level: 3–5 years EPC contracting/negotiation and 2+ years managing staff.
• Senior Manager level: 6–8+ years experience and 4+ years of management.
• Experience with wind, solar, or battery storage EPC projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting.
• Oversee RFx bidding and contracting with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct bid reviews and contractor performance assessments.
• Lead cost and schedule risk negotiations aligning with policy.
• Coordinate interfaces across project agreements.
• Maintain market intelligence on contractors and tariffs.
• Support MOUs and project milestones with EPC partners.
• Ensure timely engagement with cross-functional teams.
