Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, EPC Procurement, to lead end-to-end contracting across wind, solar, and BESS projects. You will own market engagement, RFPs, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations, ensuring risk-aligned contracts and executive-ready recommendations.

Based in a hybrid role across Houston, Scottsdale, SF or Denver, you will partner with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Operations to deliver on-time, on-budget projects and a best-in-class sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years EPC contracting/negotiation experience for Manager level; 2+ years management experience.
• 6–8+ years EPC contracting/negotiation experience for Senior Manager level; 4+ years management.
• Experience with wind, solar, or battery storage development projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal contract language skills; ability to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting from market engagement to award.
• Negotiate contracts, manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk allocations.
• Provide contracting leadership, governance and stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Oversee bid review, levelization, and supplier risk/opportunity assessments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations on contracts.
• Maintain market intelligence on contractors, tariffs, and policy impacts.
• Ensure interface clarity and alignment across major project agreements.
